■ Features(1) : PF valve

• The cutting process can be optimized just by setting up the PF valve to the target “material, shape and size”.

■ Features(2) : Cutting depth setting unit

• The blade descends horizontally. Tooling and dovetail grooving can be easily handled by adjusting a cutting end height.

■ Features(3) : Lever type insert clamp

• A foolproof lever type insert clamp is installed to the guide bracket.

■ Features(4) : Motor-driven Coolant pump

• A motor-driven centrifugal pump was introduced in this model, rather than a conventional gear pump. Cutting fluid can be used and cleaned regardless of whether the main motor is ON or OFF.

■ Features(5) : Vise mechanism

• Vise jaws are located on both the front and the rear sides of the blade in a well-balanced manner in order to properly feed and hold materials. This vise mechanism is capable of properly clamping small materials.
